Your Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Accountant - Accounts Receivable to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities
- Assist with month-end reporting, including reconciliations and journal entries.
- Support year-end audit processes and deliverables.
- Conduct daily bank reconciliations using Xero.
- Collaborate with the Management Accountant on Business Activity Statements and related reporting.
- Accurately process customer invoices in line with KPIs.
- Proactively follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely revenue collection and maximize cash flow.
- Prepare insightful monthly reports, including aged analysis and debt collection status.
- Conduct monthly customer statement reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.

- Proficiency in Accounting Software: Familiarity with Xero, Excel, or similar tools.
- Open to change and willing to learn new processes.
- A strong team player to work collaboratively within a team environment or independently.
- Working towards a CPA or CA qualification or Bachelor Degree Majoring in Finance.
