Position Overview
As the Learning and Development Manager, you will design and deliver innovative initiatives that align with our strategic objectives. Your work will directly support our goal of enabling every team member to thrive and grow, ultimately enhancing the services we provide.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver impactful learning programs in alignment with our business objectives.
- Assess current learning initiatives and implement improvements.
- Oversee professional development and compliance training, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage course development and delivery.
- Create contemporary learning materials by consulting subject matter experts and leveraging best practices.
- Identify and implement tools to automate and streamline learning processes.
- Promote a culture of ongoing professional development and the value it brings to the organisation.
About you
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, including Cert IV TAE
- Demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of a variety of learning content including design, delivery & facilitation
- Deep understanding of working with an LMS (Ideally Bridge)
- Experience of working in a highly regulated sector such as the NDIS, Aged Care or Early Childhood
