About the Role

As our Head of Performance Marketing, you'll manage brand awareness, customer acquisition, and community engagement. This role combines strategy with execution—building marketing plans that deliver measurable results while advocating for inclusion and empowerment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive brand growth and lead generation.
• Manage performance marketing across paid search (Google, Microsoft) and social (Meta, LinkedIn) to maximise ROI.
• Lead SEO, email marketing, social media, and website optimisation efforts.
• Oversee Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) to improve quality lead conversion.
• Manage HubSpot CRM – including lead data, pipelines, and marketing automation workflows.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and materials.
• Support key marketing initiatives such as events, campaigns, and community engagement.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics to stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in performance marketing or a senior marketing role
• Strong track record in campaign strategy, and analytics
• Deep understanding of digital marketing platforms and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
• Experience in high-growth or mission-led organisations
• Degree in Marketing or a related field
