Transitional Housing Coordinator – NDIS
Transitional Housing Coordinator with NDIS expertise (PRS focus). Manage tenancy processes, oversee housing claims, and support participants—all internal, hybrid working, full-time.
This position is with Vertika, an associated entity of United for Care.
Location: Pitt Street, Sydney (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

Vertika is seeking a self-sufficient Transitional Housing Coordinator with strong NDIS experience, particularly in the Private Rental Subsidy (PRS) scheme. You’ll manage tenancy processes, oversee housing-related financial collections, and work closely with internal teams to support participants in stable housing.
What you’ll do:
- Manage end-to-end tenancy processes, including rent reviews, inspections, debt management, and lease documentation.
- Oversee PRS claims and understand other NDIS housing-related funding (SDA, CRA, DSP).
- Liaise with internal teams and ensure accurate claiming processes offshore.
- Participate in internal meetings with Triage, Head of Property, and other teams to track and resolve claiming or tenancy issues.
- Build relationships with Support Coordinators, OPG representatives, families, and participants to support tenancy sustainability.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong NDIS knowledge, with hands-on PRS experience.
- Experience in tenancy management, community housing, or disability services.
- Confident, self-sufficient, and highly organised.
- Proficient with NDIS portal, Excel, and reporting processes.
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement (internal focus only).
