About the Role
The Executive Business Partner (EBP) is a senior, strategic role that works hand-in-hand with the CEO to maximise his impact, ensure focus on the highest priorities, and enable the business to scale effectively. The EBP provides operational leverage, drives alignment across the organisation, and ensures execution of strategic initiatives. This role is part strategic operator, part project driver, and part trusted advisor.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as trusted partner to the CEO, managing priorities, time, and strategic focus
- Drive cross-functional projects from idea to execution, ensuring follow-through
- Prepare briefings, presentations, and high-level communications for the CEO
- Represent the CEO in meetings and forums when required
- Develop and maintain business performance dashboards and KPIs
- Orchestrate leadership team cadence: ELT, SLT meetings, offsites
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance execution and scale
You Bring
- 5+ years’ experience in executive support, Chief of Staff, or strategic operations
- Proven ability to partner with C-level executives in high-growth or complex environments
- Strong business and financial acumen; comfortable interpreting data and reports
- End-to-end project and program management capability
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- High EQ, discretion, and problem-solving mindset
- Advanced skills in MS Office, Google Suite, and project management tools
Highly Desirable
- Start-up or scale-up experience
- Consulting, finance, or corporate strategy background
- Knowledge of NDIS, disability, healthcare, or human services
