About the Role
We’re looking for a Workforce Planning Analyst who can bring structure, insight, and foresight to our rostering and scheduling operations. This role is critical in making sure our participants get consistent, high-quality care while keeping our workforce efficient, compliant, and future-ready.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain optimised rosters up to 6 months out, balancing participant needs and staff utilisation
- Analyse schedules and staffing patterns to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities
- Partner with Service Delivery teams to ensure rosters align with client needs, staff skills, and compliance requirements
- Monitor key metrics (labour costs, overtime, utilisation, absenteeism) and prepare reports/dashboards for leaders
- Model workforce scenarios (e.g., new participants, surge demand, leave coverage) to build resilience
- Ensure full compliance with NDIS, Fair Work, and rostering standards
- Act as subject matter expert on workforce analytics, supporting leaders with insights and recommendations
What We’re Looking For
- Strong background in workforce planning, scheduling, or analytics (healthcare, disability, aged care, or in-home support ideal)
- Hands-on experience with scheduling systems (Salesforce highly regarded)
- Strong analytical skills with tools like Excel, Power BI or similar
- Solid understanding of NDIS service delivery and compliance frameworks
- Ability to juggle complex rostering requirements across dispersed teams
- Strong communicator, able to turn data into actionable insights
Bonus Points If You Have
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Analytics, or Health Administration
- Experience with demand forecasting and predictive analytics in healthcare
- Knowledge of awards and IR in the disability/health sector
