About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead our technology programs of work. You’ll be the bridge between developers, operations and the management team. Your role will focus on understanding the business, shaping systems, supports our service delivery teams and ensuring delivery of technology that supports our growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Immersing yourself in the technologies we use, with Salesforce and Maica at the core, and identifying opportunities for optimisation.
- Reviewing custom Salesforce flows to ensure they meet operational requirements.
- Reviewing integrations developed in Power Automate and Python, ensuring reliability and scalability.
- Collaborating with front-line staff to capture their requirements and ensure their needs are reflected in system design.
- Architecting improvements across both front-end and back-end systems to support efficiency and compliance.
- Managing and supervising the development team, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of tasks using a scrum process.
- Analysing business data and championing the creation of dashboards and reporting tools that provide actionable insights for staff and management.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in product management within complex service or technology-driven businesses (healthcare or NDIS knowledge a plus, but not essential if you’re a fast learner).
- Strong ability to map business workflows and translate them into effective technology solutions.
- Familiarity with Salesforce (flows, reporting, system customisation) and vendor apps such as Maica.
- Familiarity with automation and RPA tools such as Power Automate, and Python integrations.
- Proven experience in data analysis and building dashboards (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI, or equivalent platforms) to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels of the business.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills to coordinate development teams and manage delivery timelines.
- A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with an eagerness to dive into technical and operational details when needed.
- A continuous improvement mindset, always looking for opportunities to enhance processes, systems, and user experience.
About You
- 5+ years as a Product Manager or Technical Project Manager
- Technical fluency across front-end, back-end, APIs, Salesforce, Power Automate, Python, and UI/UX
- Proven ability to review and validate code and translate technical outputs into operational value
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills; experience leading offshore engineering teams
- Deep knowledge of SCRUM and agile delivery
- Experience in NDIS, disability services, or other complex health settings is highly desirable
- Experience in RPA, process automation, or system integrations is a bonus
