About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead our technology programs of work. You’ll be the bridge between developers and operations, making sure our tech delivers real impact, drives adoption, and supports our service delivery teams.
- Lead and deliver tech initiatives that align with our strategic priorities
- Own SCRUM processes: sprint planning, daily huddles, sprint reviews
- Validate development outputs for accuracy, feasibility, and fit-for-purpose
- Champion UX/UI and drive 100% adoption of our app-based solutions
- Triage tech requests, document user stories, and set clear acceptance criteria
- Run fortnightly “Tech Masterclasses” to demo, train, and gather feedback
- Map and optimise dev team capabilities, identify gaps, and recommend solutions
- Maintain product resources and feature guides via SharePoint

About You
- 5+ years as a Product Manager or Technical Project Manager
- Experience in NDIS, disability services, or other complex health settings is highly desirable
- Experience in RPA, process automation, or system integrations is a bonus
- Deep knowledge of SCRUM and agile delivery
- Technical fluency across front-end, back-end, APIs, Salesforce, and UI/UX
- Proven ability to translate technical outputs into operational value
- Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
- Experience working with offshore development teams
