About Us
United for Care is a leading disability service provider committed to delivering exceptional care and support to our clients. Our front-line staff are at the heart of what we do, and we’re dedicated to building a strong, skilled team to help our participants live their best lives.
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Resourcer to join our fast-paced TA team. This is a high-volume role where you may be managing 30+ active roles at once. Speed and accuracy are key – you’ll be driving a fast turnaround, working across multiple requests at the same time, and keeping everything moving.
This role is ideal for someone with junior to mid-level experience who enjoys the transactional, numbers-driven side of recruitment, and thrives in a structured, high-output environment.
What you’ll do:
- Manage high-volume recruitment of Disability Support Workers and Mental Health Support Workers
- Drive the recruitment process: posting ads, reviewing applications, phone screening, coordinating interviews, checking references, and preparing offers
- Partner with multiple hiring managers – take briefs, provide updates, follow up on feedback
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data
- Support a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding
What we’re looking for:
- 2–3 years’ experience in high-volume recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Comfort working with large applicant numbers and tight deadlines
- Experience in disability/NDIS or aged care desirable but not essential
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and confident in a fast-paced, transactional environment
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
Why join us:
- Make a real impact by recruiting front-line staff who support people every day
- Flexible hybrid work arrangements – balance office and home working
- Competitive salary with salary packaging to maximise your take-home pay
- Work in a collaborative, fast-paced team with growth opportunities
- 6-month fixed-term contract with potential to extend
