About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Resourcer to join our fast-paced TA team. You’ll manage high-volume recruitment and play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring the best front-line staff for our organisation.
What you’ll do:
- Manage high-volume recruitment of Disability Support Workers and Mental Health Support Workers
- Lead the full recruitment cycle from posting ads and reviewing applications, to phone screening, coordinating interviews, checking references, and making offers
- Partner with multiple hiring managers from taking briefs, and following up on feedback
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data
- Support a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in high-volume recruitment
- Experience in disability/NDIS or aged care highly desirable
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised, proactive, and confident in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work independently
