About the Role
We’re a fast-paced, innovative disability service provider looking for an experienced Specialist Support Coordinator / Senior Case Manager to manage complex NDIS participant plans, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and ensure funding is used effectively to deliver the best participant outcomes.

You’ll be the bridge between participants, families, external providers, and our internal teams, ensuring plans are optimised, funding is allocated correctly, and participant experience is consistently exceptional.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex NDIS participant plans, analysing funding and ensuring it’s allocated correctly
- Work closely with Service Leaders, Regional Managers, finance, triage, and growth teams to flag and resolve issues early
- Rebuild relationships with major plan managers and strengthen external stakeholder engagement
- Provide monthly participant funding reports, review shift notes, and ensure documentation compliance
- Partner with case managers (SIL/IHC) to support participants and prepare high-quality reports for external stakeholders
- Handle challenging conversations with families, guardians, plan managers, and providers professionally
- Regular on-site visits to participants — no hybrid work, this is a hands-on role
About You
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
- In-depth understanding of NDIS participant plans and funding structures
- Leadership capability — influencing internally and externally
- Finance literacy (plan analysis and funding allocation) — but not an accounting role
- Proven ability to manage complex caseloads in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence dealing with difficult or high-pressure situations
