About the Role

We’re hiring a Planning Lead to own the behind-the-scenes management of participant plans.
This is not a client-facing role, it's an internal coordination position focused on making sure participant plans are always up to date, claimable, and aligned to the right supports.

You’ll work across multiple teams (Service Delivery, Finance, Risk & Compliance) and play a key part in keeping our funding and support operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain participant plans in Salesforce
• Track plan usage, expiry dates, uplifts and changes
• Monitor system alerts (e.g. ROC expiring) and take action early
• Ensure plans are structured for accurate NDIS claiming
• Coordinate with Service Delivery and Risk to keep plans compliant
• Identify process gaps and improve internal workflows
• Maintain data accuracy across systems

About You

• You’ve worked in disability services, NDIS operations, or similar
• You understand how NDIS funding, plans, and categories work
• You’re confident with systems (Salesforce experience a plus)
• You’re organised, detail-focused, and self-driven
• You’re comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders
