Disability Support Worker - Home & Community, Strathfield, North Ryde, and Surrounding Suburbs
Join our casual home & community care team supporting participants Monday to Sunday. Work minimum 3-5 shifts per week, including split and active night shifts.

About the Role
- Deliver personalised support to participants in their own homes and community
- Assist with grooming, toileting, meal preparation, medication, and household tasks
- Provide companionship and emotional support, respecting client preferences and privacy
- Follow individual support and health plans accurately
- Report any concerns or changes in participant condition promptly
About You
- Minimum 6 months’ experience or Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Home & Community, Disability, or related field
- Experience working in in-home or community care settings
- Strong communication skills and ability to set professional boundaries
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid Certificate, Driver’s Licence, and access to an insured vehicle
