About the Role
We have multiple openings across different skill levels, shift types, and locations.
Depending on your experience and interests, you could be:
- Supporting clients with personal care, community access, and daily routines
- Working in our participants’ homes or in one of our purpose-built Vertical Villages (SIL/SDA)
- Managing more complex needs like behaviours of concern, trauma, or forensic backgrounds
- Implementing behaviour support plans and using de-escalation techniques
- Supporting NDIS participants with meaningful, person-centred care
- Collaborating with clinicians, case workers, and families
About You
We’re looking for people with a range of experience and qualifications:
- Minimum 6–12 months’ experience in disability, aged care, home care, mental health or related fields
- Bachelor's Degree/Certificate III/IV/Diploma in Disability, Individual Support, Aged Care, or similar (preferred)
- Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and boundary setting
- Experience with high-intensity or complex behaviours (advantageous but not required for all roles)
- NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid, Driver’s Licence and insured vehicle
