About the Role
Provide personalised care and support to participants in their own homes. Help clients live independently and safely while building meaningful routines.
- Assist with grooming, toileting, cleaning, meals, and medication
- Follow personalised support and health plans
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Respect client preferences, privacy, and cultural needs
- Report concerns and changes in condition promptly
About You
- Minimum 6 months' experience or Cert III/IV in Aged Care, Home & Community or Disability, or related field
- Experience working in in-home care
- Midazolam training and epilepsy experience highly desirable
- Strong understanding of professional boundaries, restrictive practices, and behaviour support
- Effective written and verbal communication, including clear case note writing
- Able to set priorities, meet deadlines, and work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid, Driver’s Licence, and insured vehicle
