The Role

We're on the lookout for a passionate and driven individual to step into the role of Business Development Manager. As a crucial member of our team, you'll be instrumental in propelling our growth by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities to extend our life-changing services.

Your role directly impacts our expansion efforts and brings positive change to countless lives within our community.

Responsibilities

• Forge and nurture strong relationships with social workers, discharge planners, allied health professionals, support coordinators, mental health units, community organisations, medical professionals and other key stakeholders for services.
• Develop a deep understanding of our services, value proposition, and target market.
• Identify and seize new business opportunities, including potential expansion locations, industry trends, and strategic partnerships.
• Represent at expos and industry events to promote our mission and services.
• Maintain expert knowledge of the NDIS.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support sales and promotional activities.

Skills & Experience

You may not tick all the following boxes, but if you tick the majority, we’d still love to hear from you!

• A hunger for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while positively impacting lives.
• Have an established & solid network of key stakeholders for services within the disability sector.

• In-depth knowledge of the NDIS Scheme
• Solid record in Business Development and or surpassing KPI’s is essential. (Ideally in the NDIS arena)
• Possession of a valid Driver's License and access to your own vehicle.
• Tertiary qualifications in Business or Marketing are highly desirable.
