Your Role:
As the Workforce Planning Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in our business. This hands-on position will see you leading the development and delivery of workforce planning strategies to ensure we have the right staffing levels and resources across our diverse operating models.
SLG is a fast-growing scale-up, and we’re after someone who thrives in an evolving, fast-paced environment. You’ll be an expert in analysis, reporting, internal controls, and process improvements, with a talent for working with different teams across the business.
This role will see you:
As a Workforce Planning Manager, you will:
- Analyse workforce data to spot trends, improve efficiency, and boost stakeholder satisfaction.
- Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to ensure we've got the right people in place to meet business needs.
- Create and deliver internal and external reports, along with presentations, on workforce supply, demand, and analysis.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support key business decisions.
What We're Looking For:
- Someone who is highly analytical, able to spot roadblocks and offer effective solutions.
- Has over 5 years' experience in a similar role.
- A Salesforce superuser, with in-depth knowledge of the platform’s capabilities.
- Has experience implementing bespoke rostering management systems, managing complex rosters, and ensuring workforce flexibility.
- Demonstrates strong commercial acumen and the ability to manage competing priorities and change.
