As we continue our growth journey, we seek a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee critical projects, including Salesforce and ERP implementations, M&A integrations, and more.

Role Overview:

As a Project Manager at United for Care, you will be instrumental in managing and driving key projects that support our strategic goals.

In this role, you'll lead and manage various projects, adapting to our fast-growing business needs while facilitating smooth transitions and adoption of new systems and processes. You'll ensure effective stakeholder engagement by providing regular updates and addressing any concerns promptly.

Your primary focus will be on the implementation of Salesforce and a new Finance ERP system, as well as supporting M&A activities and other critical initiatives. This role requires a dynamic individual with experience in technology implementations, change management, and project leadership.

• Navigate Risks: Identify and tackle potential risks to keep your projects on track and aligned with our goals.
• Communicate with Impact: Provide clear, regular updates and manage stakeholder expectations with confidence.
• Ensure Top-Notch Quality: Deliver high-quality results and use feedback to continually improve.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing technology implementations, including Salesforce and ERP systems. Experience with M&A integration is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field..
• Strong project management skills, with proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Understanding of Salesforce, ERP systems, and change management principles. Familiarity with HubSpot is a plus.
• Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
