Position Overview: As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our marketing team, reporting to the Head of Marketing. This position offers end-to-end responsibility for the performance and ROI of marketing campaigns across various channels. Your focus will be on building customer-centric marketing campaigns to drive growth at all stages of the funnel.
Develop, own, and execute marketing campaigns driving customer engagement, brand awareness, and business growth.
Lead lead-generation initiatives across multiple channels (traditional and digital) from ideation to execution.
Manage performance marketing activities across digital channels, collaborating with external agencies for optimal ROI.
Utilise data-driven insights to create robust reporting, monitor, and test campaigns for optimisation and ROI.
Oversee the development and execution of brand strategies, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
Drive website strategy, emphasising user experience and conversion optimisation.
Manage and optimize data within our CRM system to enhance communication with prospects and customers.
Build and nurture relationships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gaining insights and assessing against goals.
Minimum of 5-6 years of proven marketing experience with a focus on lifecycle marketing and campaign development and execution.
Highly experienced in digital marketing and managing performance marketing campaigns on platforms like Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and Bing Ads.
In-depth understanding of social media advertising across paid social platforms (Meta and LinkedIn)
Skills in segmentation and automation, with experience using Freshworks CRM or similar CRM platforms.
Basic understanding of CMSes, HTML, and CSS (Webflow experience is a bonus).
