You will need to be a senior leader with experience in leading multi-site operations within the disability sector.

The GM Service Delivery is accountable to lead, manage and drive the SIL service delivery function; delivering both SIL and In Home Services.
The role is critical to the success of the business by driving growth, service levels and engagement outcomes.
Leadership and Team Management: Provide strong leadership to operation teams.
Strategic Growth Planning: Execute growth plans for SIL & In-home care services.
Operational Excellence: Enhance efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
Commercial Management: implement commercial strategies with sales and marketing teams.
Compliance: Focus on participants' lifestyle goals and compliance with legislation, ensuring compliance with NDIS and safety regs
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Health Services, Human Services, Social Work, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in managing complex operational functions.
- Disability sector, NDIS, or health sector experience is a must.
- Exceptional business acumen and presentation skills
